The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has announced plans to penalize Starlink, Elon Musk’s satellite internet service, for raising its subscription prices in Nigeria without obtaining regulatory approval.The NCC has classified the price increase as unauthorized, with monthly subscriptions rising from N38,000 to N75,000 and hardware costs increasing by 34%, from N440,000 to N590,000.
