Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats artiste, Kuami Eugene has refuted rumours that he has departed Lynx Entertainment.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Kuami Eugene addressed rumors regarding his departure from Lynx Entertainment, stating that all claims about it are mere hearsay. He emphasized that if he were to leave the record label, an official announcement would be made.
“People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is discussing, I would have shared something, and Lynx would have too. Instead, people are trying to end our partnership for us.
“At the end of the day, when we reach a point where we feel it’s time to say, ‘Okay, Kuami is no longer with Lynx,’ we will inform everyone,” he explained.
He firmly affirmed that he is still collaborating with the record label.
“What I’m trying to convey is that Lynx and I are still working together. I just sent a song to Richie two days ago for a project he’s working on, and he needs me to contribute a few things, so we’re on good terms. If I were to leave, we would make an official announcement,” he added.
In the meantime, the ‘Monica’ hitmaker has released a new single titled ‘Belinda.’
